Aims/goals of ZS Hanspaulka for KA120 1) Develop an effective system for differentiated learning and assessment tools to ensure objective criteria for both assessment and self-assessment. This system will enable teachers in all classrooms (with a capacity of 25-30 students) to provide instruction tailored to each student’s individual pace and potential. Students will be able to track their own progress meaningfully, clearly understand the basis of their evaluations, and enhance their skills through constructive feedback. 2) Achieve a level of digital competence where key tools such as artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), and other technologies effectively enhance learning, citizenship, and collaboration, including on an international scale. At the same time, we aim to ensure that both teachers and students understand the potential downsides of digitalization, such as smartphone addiction, cyberbullying, and other related risks. 3) Raise awareness of sustainable behaviours at both individual and institutional levels through practical experience in adhering to sustainability principles. We aim to implement the principles of the circular economy within the school, including composting, water retention, and gardening while sharing best practices and discussing practical options for systemic change towards more sustainable operations. 4) Become a school that supports democratic functioning and guides our students to become good citizens, capable of critical thinking and resisting misinformation. We teach students and others about the importance of European cooperation and foster their understanding of European citizenship, recognizing that unity stems from diversity.
