Overall, the internship in Malta was a very special experience. Working with new people in an English-speaking country was something completely different.
Through conversations, we were able to gain an insight into the life of Maltese people and not only used our knowledge in the companies that we were working in, but also learned something new about the country itself and its inhabitants.

Antonia was working at an event management company (Centurion FC), where she could participate at a boxing match event as an assistant for business administration. Her tasks were to support the fighters organizationally with ID cards and where they should be and when.

Steven and Fina were working at an architects office (Silvienne Camilleri), where they got an overview about the different places on Malta and how architects are working. Their tasks were to work with Excel and different files about clients and their houses.

Philipp was working at an automobile company, where he was working as an assistant in the office. His tasks were to do administration work like working with the computer, sorting files and scan documents.

On the weekend, we enjoyed our free time by meeting other people, going to Valetta and swimming in the sea. We got a bus ticket and often drove to Sliema, San Giljan and Valletta. Our Apartment was located very close to a supermarket and a bus station. We had no communication problems and our travel details like the flights were also very good organized. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Malta and learned many new things, such as being independent and communication skills.
